    Chicago Cycle Show, January 18-20

http://chicagomotorcycleswap.com/ It's in St. Charles again this year at Pheasant Run. I'll have a Bikers For Christ booth set up so come on out and say hello. This is NOT the International Motorcycle Show. That one is still in Rosemont in February. All the best, Mark

Attempted to buy a Griso today, horrible dealership lol

+1 on what Rafael wrote! Do a fly and ride on the beautiful white 2009 Griso 8v I traded in in August. The original dealer (Rose Farm Classics, Woodstock, IL) set up perfectly. It's for sale here: http://www.motorcyclesohio.com/images/12gris.jpg Seems like first impressions were really poor all...

Need a DB Killer for a Termi pipe ... help? (Found a place!)

Re: Need a DB Killer for a Termi pipe ... help? I doubt it's available separately to Guzzi dealers. You may have to contact Termi directly to see if they'll sell you one. All the best, Mark

    2013 Cal 1400 8V words & pics

I love it except for that vertical line where the two halves meet. Hard to believe that wasn't designed out early on in the design meetings. But I sure am anxious to see it up close. For now, my 09 CalVin nicely works my Guzzi desires. All the best, Mark

    '09 vs. '12 Griso 8V comparison

Bikeless, What year ST1300 did you have? I've never owned one but always thought they were awesome motorcycles. I think some of the early 8v's had a cam follower recall. Pete will likely straighten us out on this but I don't think there has ever been a single problem with any of the 8v's...

Best/fastest source in USA for Quat-D pipe?

Looking forward to seeing pictures of it mounted up. With sound if possible. Are you getting the one that's mostly under the transmission of a more conventional slip on type. I always thought the under the trans one would be awesome. All the best, Mark

After Market Mag / Forged Aluminum Wheels???

I'm sure you could find another Griso owner to trade with. Heck, I may trade you the oem Marchesini wheels from my 2009 Griso 8v for the spoked ones. Mark

    2013 Cal 1400 8V words & pics

Harley-Davidson has essentially defined the cruiser market. Like Kleenex to a tissue. Everyone who plays in the cruiser segment is trying to lure Harley-Davidson customers away from the collective. Personally, the more I see of this new California the more I like it. But yes, I'd certainly...

Spam, Selling My Beautiful Griso 8v

https://www.guzzitech.com/forum/162/9076.html It's simply too nice a bike to not be ridden. I take my Valkyrie out 99 times out a 100. Thanks for looking, Mark

    Griso 8V Rear Rack Problem

What part of it doesn't fit? Do the holes you drilled in the tail section line up to the frame bolt mounts? Do the side holes in the stainless mesh line up with the frame bolt mounts? Thank You, Mark

    Banged Up The Griso

When I wrecked my Bassa I had Accessories Coverage on that policy. That addressed the fair market value of all my gear that was banged up as well as anything I added to the bike. It was an inexpensive rider to the policy and only costs like $40.00 annually. You'll just have t verify the...

    Banged Up The Griso

What a bummer, glad you're going to be OK though. When I had a crash many years ago in Michigan the rule was if the frame is tweaked, the bike (Moto Guzzi Bassa) was automatically totaled. By the damage you describe, I'd say the Griso will most certainly be totaled. Remove anything you've added...

Lowered front foot pegs for Griso

I have those exact same Knight Design pegs on my Griso and R E A L L Y like them. I find not only the new position more comfortable but the peg itself is much more comfortable than the oem peg. The oem grips are so small they hurt my hands. Yes, it's an easy aftermarket fix. The oem pegs are...
