    V100 H20 Stelvio Chat

I like the ratios on my V100 Mandello. That said, it's a tough shifting gearbox that the Cycle World review in the last couple days says has been updated for smoother shifting including a slipper clutch. IMO, first gear will be too tall for crawling on technical off-road terrain without a lot...

Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello Owners Review after 2000 km.

I am thrilled with my Mandello S with the exception of the gear box which is typical guzzi notchy but IMO a step backwards from my 10 year old Griso gearbox which works much better. There is some kind of neutral set up that is supposed to make it impossible to shift to second from a stop when...

V100 Front and Rear wheel nut info

Too much Aprilia Moto GP influence on this single nut design for quick rear wheel rim/ tire swaps. Would have been much better as a sport touring bike if they followed BMW with smaller bolts in a 5 or 6 bolt ring pattern........ Form over function but it does look really cool until you have to...

    GTM V100 Axle Pocket-Socket

V100 Front and Rear wheel nut info

Odd ball size is right. 1 1/8 inch too small, 1 1/4 too sloppy. I measured at 30.15mm.

    Coolant Leak

I just gone mine back from the dealer and they fixed the leak. There is a short upper breather hose that had a bad crimp clamp. They replaced it with a worm clamp and some new hose. Should be good but it wasn't easy to get to without pulling apart the top of the bike.

V100 Front and Rear wheel nut info

For what it's worth....... I couldn't break the 65mm nut with the socket I used reduced from 1 inch to 1/2 drive with my Milwaukee impact gun. I like your combo socket to handle front and rear axle nuts but consider 3/4 drive. I think Ducati rear axle nut is 55mm which smaller than the V100...

    Coolant Leak

A Guzzi leaking coolant..... it's a new world. Mine is leaking in the same place as Steve Jordan's photo. I've got about 1100 miles and it just started. I tightened the bolts which did take a bit but the leaking still happening. Appears its leaking at the top of the water pump gasket...

V100 Front and Rear wheel nut info

Amazon- The socket I got is from Teng-Tools....... CR-V 65mm -- it's a 12 point. With the 1inch to 3/4 reducer, it weighs 4 pounds 4 ounces. You will need a good breaker bar and a solid grunt to break it loose. It really snaps with a good crack when it lets loose since the nut has a taper...

    V100 Registry and Pic Thread

Here is my V100 Mandello S sans rear wheel due to a nail in the tire. Bike is awesome. Should be rolling again this weekend when my tire comes in. VIN ZGUNGUB09PM000127 Picked it up April 1....... no fooling. Freehold, NJ

V100 Front and Rear wheel nut info

Here is my V100 Mandello S sans rear wheel along with the huge 65mm 12-point socket you will need to break the rear axle nut. I may have the record for running over a big nail on a new bike at 375 miles. Glad I got the center stand. I am going to figure out how to make a light pattern...

    Hello from Southern California

I got mine last week. A green S. Bike is all you have heard about it. Handling, suspension, engine and brakes are all first rate. Only issue is that the trans is very tight and the clutch was actually creeping forward in first gear but it seems to be loosening up a few hundred miles. Quick...

    Hello from Southern California

I ordered mine last Feb. Dealer told me to expect in Sept of 2022 and I laughed then told me Jan and now February and Piaggio customer service told me mid-April.......... maybe. Does anyone have one yet in the US? This is my 6th Guzzi over the years and Italy doesn't march to any schedule...

    V85 TT Info

It would be great if they keep the premium suspension bits in the production model and figure a way to keep the wet weight under 500#
