    What seat ?

    After 8,200 miles on my '15 Norge, both Rita and I were convinced the seat had to go. I went with a heated Corbin. We are both able to ride about two hours between stops, and are much more comfortable.

    Lithium Batteries

    I've used Shorai and Battery Tender brand Lithium Iron batteries in several of my bikes. Excellent results with all of them. The Battery Tender has four terminals, very handy. When replacing the Yuasa in my Norge, it will be a Lithium Iron unit.

    Throttle Lock for Norge

    Aerostich sells one for about $20. that fits over the grip and rests on the brake lever. Super easy to use, can't fail, works on most bikes. Throttle Meister is completely the opposite. Harder to use, five times the price. Been there, tried that.

    I love Moto International. I just bought the correct oils to replace the gearbox and rear end. I can't even see the drain bolt for the transmission, let alone get to it.     Norge Top Case lock

    It's not the same lock set as what is supplied with the M-G top case. It won't fit. You need the lock made for the box. Still have the spare lock. Makes no sense.

    My latch spring slipped off the little peg and wouldn't allow the latch to grab the lock. Take off the two screws holding the latch cover and wiggle it up and over the "open-close" lever. Maneuver the little spring so it forces the latch hook forward under tension. Work the cover back on...

    It must have been April Fool's Day in Italy when the "Service" light appeared. It went out Friday morning as I got to work. Bike's been running fine, no issues. Pretty glad it went out. The bike is a joy to ride. Thanks for sharing your experiences with me.
