Well fellow Guzziistas- I sadly sold my GRISO today. The riding position aggravated my neck injury and I could not ride it anymore. I have returned to the cruiser world. Thank you all for your info and advice these past couple months. I have several accessories for sale Corbin seat OEM...

    My buddy went down!

Rafael- Yea the NAR sounds good. If anyone wants to venture with me on my route. I will be taking Hwy 1 to 156 to Hollister. From Hollister I will take 25 to 198 to Visalia. Look like a wicked route that avoids I5 and 101, which are no fun. cheers

    My buddy went down!

Rafael- I sure did! But I am not a big fan on being on a naked bike on the interstate for very long. I am more of a backroad- the road less travelled kinda guy. Not sure how often I will make to the Sunday rides in San Jose. As I live 90 miles away from you guys.

    My buddy went down!

So he was on a 4 lane road. ( meaning he could only operate on two lanes, as the other two were opposite). He was on the left lane. The driver was going under the speed limit which was 25 MPH. Frustrated he accelerated and merged to the right lane. He was apparently very close to the car in...

    My buddy went down!

Aight folks- Just wanted to sober everyone up. We all know as riders the dangers associated with our passion of riding motorcycles. That said it is good to send a friendly reminder from time to time. A very good friend of mine was in s serious wreck today. This happened during morning traffic...

    Bell Star Helmet

Fellow Riders- I just completed my second day of riding with this fine fine helmet. It's fit, finish, and overall feel is right along other helmets of top grade construction ( RF 1110, ARAI, Qwest, etc, etc). Normally this helmet goes for $599. Get it now from motorcycle closeouts.com for half...

    High Speed Stability

Sure. I found one here on the classifieds. Bought it from a gentlemen who sold his Griso and moved up to a Norge. So far I would say it alleviates about 50% of the wind of my chest and face. That said anything over 75 MPH is like being NAKED again...lol ;) I might sell it. So if and when I do...

    High Speed Stability

Ride Report- High Speed Stability: So checked my PSIs today- all was good to go. Then decided that a trip to santa cruz was in order for some good grub. I rode out with a friend of mine who rides an 08 Ninja 636. I forgot to mention I added a GIVI A770 screen. So most of what I was complaining...

    U.S. Griso Cup?

Its what we make up it. Why not a run starting off in San Diego ending in Monterey Ca. Then doing a track day GRISO, V7s, others etc etc. We can do that and smile from ear to ear from SD to Monterey and while we do our laps at Laguna Seca.

    U.S. Griso Cup?

Todd- East to West is a bit much for most working folks- time, money, familyy, etc. That said, what about a regional run off? West Coast: HWY 1 Oregon to SD or something like that. MidWest: ? SouthWest:? EastCoast: I95 run just my 2cents. I would be interested in a west coast run

    High Speed Stability

Well all this makes me feel much better. My conclusion is as follows: 1) My feelings were mostly perception based ( again HD Street Rod = heavier/longer wheel base) 2) Tire Pressure- yes I was under PSI on my front tire 3) Need a windshield 4) Adjust my riding position ( use more knee and tuck)...

    High Speed Stability

Hey all- As you many of you all know- I am new to Guzzi and still "figuring out" my Griso. So 100 miles of in-town riding and a 200 or so miles via HWY1 Monterey- Big Sur, I ventured on the might 101 and headed for San Jose today. First of, yeah this bike is NAKED, hot damn that wind was...

09 Griso 8V Running rough after a while

Like I have said before. I have never ridden a stock GRISO so I have nothing to compare it to. That said, the bike runs great! Todd's ecu flash and map set up really do the trick
