    Modern "No Start" issue solution

I am having the startus interruptus problem with my 2012 Stelvio NTX with 90,000 km on the clock. The battery is new and shows 12.8 volts at the battery terminals. However, there is only 10.4 volts at the starter solenoid and no startus. I've noticed that the headlights come on as soon as I...

Stelvio REGISTRY & Pics thread -- ADD YOUR BIKE

ADD ME TO THE NTX FILE: I'm Len Orrico, Cowichan Bay, BC, Canada with Stelvio NTX ZGULZU016CM112170 I bought a new 2012 in April '13 and have passed 65,000 km. Love it. I hope they bring the Stelvio back. It's ideal off road (as long as I don't drop it) and great for 2-up on the pavement.

    Installing Euro-style turn signals/indicators help

Thanks, John, for your reply. That link got me really excited, and left me kicking myself for not finding it on my own. But unfortunately, my "fillers" appear to be white plastic throughout. Since I already purchased a new pair of euro-style lamps, I scraped the heck out of the "filler" and...

    Installing Euro-style turn signals/indicators help

Can anyone direct me to a posting which will help me install my euro-style turn signals in the fairing? Or can anyone offer a tip on how to separate the two parts of the panel that the turn indicator is mounted in? I can deal with the screws but I have never before seen the toothed rings set on...

Stelvio (and others) recall in Canada

I have already remarked that the only upgrade that applied to me was a piece of protective plastic applied to the frame gusset on the right side under the tank. This is to prevent the wiring harness from chafing. While awaiting the repair, I noticed a 34 page (English and French) explanation...

Stelvio (and others) recall in Canada

So, I am informed by my dealer that the recall does not apply to me, although I do have to have an adjustment to the wiring harness to eliminate the possibility of chafing. Good news, I guess, since I've put another 2500 km on the bike.

Stelvio (and others) recall in Canada

I spoke to Piaggio's Moto Guzzi customer support rep at 877-696-6864 and she told me that the recall on my bike, serial number ending in 2170, is wiring harness and centre stand. If you choose to call them direct, be sure that you have your complete 17-digit VIN number handy for her.

    Guzzi sighting on TV show

More on this subject: the character is Barry Weiss and he is a collector of both autos and motorcycles. I saw him recently on an episode of the show wearing a Bultaco sweatshirt. Where the H*** did he ever got one of those?

    Guzzi sighting on TV show

There was a recent episode of Storage Wars where one of the main characters, a man of about 50 with white hair and a supercilious attitude rides off on a Guzzi. I don't know the model, I am a brand new Stelvio NTX owner and still learning about the marque.

    New to Guzzi!

I just purchased a 2012 Stelvio NTX yesterday. It is my first Guzzi and I have been campaigning a 2007 V-Strom 1000 since 2008. I only have 170km on the Guzzi but I can see that it handles better (it just loves to corner!!) and it stops better. The Stelvio has more torque, so there is less...
