    Jackal gas cap key won't turn

    Any one know of an aftermarket non-locking cap that's available? I did the "file down" thing with a rotary tool twice but now I use a screwdriver to save my key. Ed ;)

    ev and bassa gas cap fix

    I have the same problem with my 01 Jackal. I shaved the plastic and it worked great for a while (a couple years) then it started sticking again. I've been using a screwdriver to gently remove the cap since I don't want to risk breaking the key and I have'nt gotten around to filing it down again...
