Though you've probably seen this one before, here are some good images of a short-lived 4-cylinder Guzzi racer from 1953. There probably are details on it's story in Mick Walker's Guzzi Race bikes book, which I don't have. It wold be interesting to know the story behind it besides the fact that it was soon eclipsed by the V8. Chime out there is you know any of the story.
Even though it never made it to fame like the V8, as an example of styling, design and mechanical coolness, it's right up there. Contemplate on the hand-beat alloy details as well as the castings. THIS is art.
