got the bike out this spring, and no rear/front brake pedal.
goes to the floor.
plenty of fluid in system and no leaks.
purchased new rear master cyl from harpers, installed and bled system correctly.
still no brake pedal/pressure.
any one else had this problem?
any help appreciated. I am stumped. never had this happen before.
btw, no master cyl rebuild kit available.
thanks

Clarify:
The front brake using the hand control is working correct?

It's the rear that is going flat, correct?

When you bled the brakes were you getting fluid out of both the front & rear caliper?
I'm also thinking that there is a bleeder on the proportioning valve.

You might try leaving the bleeders open over night.
Sometimes air gets trapped in the system & will cause that.

The integrated system is very difficult to bleed. At one time there was a bleeder at the high point (the proportioning valve Trout mentions) but not all have them. If it isn't there I will loosen a connection to allow air to escape when pressure from the M/C is applied. If all else fails, try a reverse fill. That is empty the Master cylinder and then fill from the calipers using the bleed nipples. Also check the linkage to the Master Cylinder. If you aren't getting a full throw on the piston it is nearly impossible to bleed the system.
