2012 clutch

Just had my clutch replaced and am still having issues shifting up through the gears. Under regular driving conditions it won't shift, but if you shift at very low rpms it will.
Downshifting is never a problem.
It's very frustrating as the dealer had my bike for 4 months and there is still a problem.
With the bike on its stand and not running it upshifts with ease, with the clutch engaging and disengaging with each gear.
Any input would be great. Thanks
 
Updated clutches are C14's and they should have measured the actuating rod that pushes on it. After the the clutch your rod may be too short. I would look at the fluid also, make sure it's enough & bled. They make like 4 different rod lengths.
I would also make sure the shop put oil in the trans and it's correct amount. Take fill plug out and tilt to the right, should come right out.

The shop tried to charge me for all of the push rods with the new clutch, but I didn't take them. They did assure me that the correct rod was installed and all measurements were correct (as per their service advisor) I will be checking the levels and bleeding the system myself tomorrow to make sure it is done correctly. I also notice that even after adjustment of the dial on the clutch lever, the clutch engagement is 1.5 inches from the handle. To me that seems too far. I have been riding for along time and I have never come across this.
 
There is an adjustment on the lever that is not the knob. The post that pushes on master plunger and pivots on lever is threaded with a set screw to lock it in place. May be covered with epoxy from factory. If you adjust it towards the lever it brings engagement closer to bars. You have to take lever off to do this. I just did one on a Norge with aftermarket lever.
 
Make sure you heat up (torch or heat gun) the little 2mm Allen key/set screw as it is locktighted in and will strip if you don't melt the stuff. I watched Marcus at Pazzo add levers this way and he has a video on You Tube with the same levers off a Ducati. Its a good idea to watch it first.
