Hi. I've looked through the posts and couldn't find this.
It ran when I bought it in November and has been on a tender over the winter. It started once or twice over the winter but now it only cranks. I changed the gas for fresh good gas. No help. The battery appears to be good. It charges to about 14.5v, and drops to 10ish + when cranking. I pulled off codes DSB 05, 07 and ECU 27, 31. I did find out what the codes translate to. My ODB2 won't communicate with the ecu so I will be getting software for the laptop to read it in more detail. Does anyone have any words of wisdom or knows of a link to help? It would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Cheers from Canada.

Electrical electrical electrical.

Written about here in literally hundreds and hundreds of posts in various threads.

Load test your battery first. It will fail I’ll bet.

This is not reading voltage with a multimeter. It is removing the battery, taking it to an auto parts store, and having a load test performed.

This is also why you are getting gobs of DTC codes. They are most likely not valid and are being caused because your battery is trashed.

If the new battery doesn't solve it, check the fuel pressure at an injector. You should get about 45 PSI. I have diagnosed failed pressure regulators and unfortunately they are not available and must be sourced from pump assemblies.

Thank you very much. I ordered a new bayyery and it should be here Friday. I'll find out shortly after whether I can ride or not. Everyone here is very helpful and I appreciate it. Cheers
