Starting a new thread on this as I have another 2020 Stone S in my shop with the same issue as below. If you have a newer model year V7 with this issue early in it’s life, please post your VIN# and Engine # below.

VIN#ZGULDU028LM000140 - Engine #AT 027600 - Adam S - Los Angeles, CA
VIN#ZGULDU028LM000218 - Engine # ? - @Xtrythis1 - Houston, TX

Oh wow... Yes they say they're finally starting to break down the bike. Will know more soon. What did your dealer do? I'm SN#+ 330 I'll check engine codes later. Here's a pic of my leak. Would like to see if yours looks similar. Crappy deal for having a cool new bike like this and it's sitting in the shop.

On engine #27600, both the rear main seal (no pics taken), and the “cam plug” o-ring had failed, both leaking a significant amount of oil. Thankfully not enough to soak the clutch.

Pics added above. Both the rear main seal and “cam plug” were leaking badly enough to puddle under the bike. Same condition as the bike shown in the first post.
My customer reached out to the two somewhat local dealers, including the one it was purchased at, and neither called him back after 2 weeks. So rather than lose his bike most of the Summer waiting on warranty bureaucracy, he paid out of pocket for me to do the job in one day. The bike has ~4500 miles on it.

Looks like an assembly or part problem from factory... As for the dealer problem, Piaggio has got to get on these apathetic dealers! I was close to paying MPH cycles in Houston but figured I'd try AF1 in Austin where we're currently just waiting on parts. What condition were the O rings in? Split or just pre mature wear? I'm worried about my clutch but with such little mileage my SM said he's not too worried about it being covered in oil. I told AF1 I'd like pics of the rear main seal when the bike is all apart. I know it's the last 750 motors of this size but seems like a recall or service bulletin should be issued for these bikes... I bought the bike in Feb and have only been able to put 250 miles on it.. Not acceptable for a brand with this lineage.

Update, bike is finished. Rear main seal was replaced and was test ridden with no more leaks. Hopefully that's all it was! Glad it was done under warranty and ahead of AF1 planned schedule. I'll pick it up this weekend and update.

Thank you for the update. Are there any speculations as to the root cause of the failed rear-main seal?

Got the bike back today and rode it 150ish miles home to Houston. No leaks! Rear main was the culprit the Service Manager said.. Luckily my clutch was bone dry. He didn't specify what went wrong exactly with the seal but that it just failed.. I hope she'll stay tight for years to come! Can't recommend AF1 Austin enough if you're in Texas, it's worth the drive.

I'm glad to hear it all worked out for you, finally.

It's disappointing to not understand the root cause of the seal leak, perhaps a faulty initial installation.

I'm in Katy, so what part of Houston are you located?

Well like Todd said the rubber o ring failed on the bike he did.. Technology hasn't changed much on those and materials have gotten worse to save costs. Or Mario had too much wine at lunch.. Shame it happened but glad it's fixed. Was definitely a lesson in patience. I'm up in the Magnolia area. My wife works in Katy off Pin Oak and i10! I may end up going to cycle gear in Katy today or tomorrow to get a cardo for my helmet.
