8V High Mileage / Good News Stories

My Stelvio 4V (2010) has covered 31000km's now. No engine or transmission problems at all.
Injection was giving problems when running in hot weather (over 30°c).
Since I disabled the Lambda sensor 1000km's ago, the bile is running as it should have done
from the start. The only complaint I now still have is the rediculously small fuel tank.

My 2013 Stelvio now has over 27k miles. Other than an issue with one of the O2 sensors causing a cylinder to run rich in closed loop, it's been perfect. I freaking love this bike to the point that my Griso sits and pouts, my Monster is a weeping woman and my Boxercup Replica sullenly plots world domination.

Just turned 85,000 miles today on my almost 3 year old Griso.
(2010 model I bought as leftover in Dec. 2011)

So far the only non-self induced issues have been.
RPM sensor needing to be replaced. And broken mid-exhaust bracket.

But I'm not completely convinced that these two issues are not self induced.
RPM sensor occurred immediately after using automobile grade, SG rated, 10w60 motor oil.
And the mid-exhaust bracket may be a combination of Griso's under sprung and over damped suspension combined with NJ's crappy roads.

Congrats. I miss my big mile days, but my back doesn't.
The mid-pipe bracket is a known issue likely due to too fast and hot of welds, along with a rigid mount to the frame. It's why I offer a replacement without the poor welds and without the bracket/mount.
