Hello folks,

I would like to purchase a Motoguzzi and before i do so, i would want to know a little about them. I have a few simple questions about the bikes.
I was thinking about getting a older model because this is what i can afford at the moment.

I want to get the 750cc Nevada or the 1100cc California model from around 1995.
Can anyone tell me some things about these models, like fuel consumption, reliability, comfort and so on?

I know it sounds weird but as i said i want to do some research and this is the beginning.

Thank you for your patience and answers.

Busse, welcome to the Forum. Guzzi's in general are pretty bullet-proof depending on prior owner's abuse. Both of the models you ask about can offer a life-long enjoyable experience. Both have short-comings compared to even slightly newer models.
For specific Q&A, see/search each sections and post specific questions in each;
California's live under 'Tonti & Loop'; https://www.guzzitech.com/forum/197.html
Nevada/Breva 750's live under 'Small Block'; https://www.guzzitech.com/forum/202.html

Your first query should be what size bike you want. A 750 or a 1100? After that you can decide on the model.

I like the lightness of the 750 frame and simplicity of its old fashioned engine. Some people want the extra power of the 1100cc.

Your choice.

Joe
