Advice needed on Tourmaster/ hot weather clothes

The best gear I have ever been able to find is from these guys. http://motoport.com/

It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. I use their GP2 on the track then picked up the Kevlar Ultra jacket and pants. For the extreme hot south I use the air mesh jacket and pants. With the liners available for the Ultra and air mesh, you don't need to carry rain gear, and the liners, when out, take up much less space than a rain suit.

Being a confirmed Gear Junkie I will be interested in your comments on the Revit.

What I got are the Off-Track jacket and the Dakar-trousers. But you'll have to wait about 1/2 year for a comment. I've been waiting more than 1 month for just one dry and sunny day to clean the bike before the body-bag winterizing process; seems right now as Saturday will be that day. Sunday is expected rain again.... :pinch:

I am a bit jealous of you guys. American manufacturers seems to have taken the visibility thing in traffic seriously. The Europeans loves to produce black or camocolored clothes, coming up as a kind of homage to the wannabee 1% culture.
Still your sizing makes me nerveous.... ;)

Holt,

Sizing with Motoport shouldn't be too much of an issue. For the pants, send them a pair of you denim jeans to match. For the jacket, give them you measurements. I'm sure they can convert metric to US dimensions.

John;

I saw their sizing page. They seems to be serious and giving a reliable impression! I'll save a note on these clothes. I already bought the Revits, but they will be worn out, so for the next time...

Thanks!
