Hi

I'm looking at doing some mods for the coming summer (Australia), I want to clean up the front of the bike by removing the front fairing, so the cluster has to go as I think its messy, I was looking at an integrated Light& speedo but was also looking at a cleaner cluster which would still achieve a similar look.
Does anyone know if the Guzzi Audace speedo would fit the V7 racer or are there other alternatives that anyone has tried?

Cheers

I'm going to take a guess & say no, the Audace unit won't work on the V7R.

If they are like the Griso the ignition key is chipped & paired to the dash.
I'm not sure how all this is set up/communicates with the ECM but I think it will be trouble.

Another thought would be if you could pull the electronics out of your dash & mate them to the Audace?
No idea if it is possible.

Yes I thought. I was reaching, however I just noticed a few Speedo options in the Guzzi store, I take it Josh has modified these so they are all plug n play.

Yeh I'm going for the meaner cleaner look and like the look of the custom Baak V7 racer, just need to find some saddle options as I'm not digging any of the ones available for the V7, I wish Roland Sands made one for the moto Guzzi like they do for the thruxton, which looks awome imo.
Tail tidy there is a lot of options out there and might get Tod's version although the number plate face plate is massive, I'm in Oz so we are allowed small plates. And if the Speedo swap out is too hard or cost prohibitive I'll get the bracket and just lower the existing cluster. Ive had the bike for 3 years now and did nothing to it, so it's about time.
