Will look back in AM if anyone interested in joining, maybe give more specifics re timing.

Or you can call me tonight til 11PM, tomorrow after 8AM on the cell-818-303-4215

just got off work, have to sleep and stuff I got to get done be fore any riding. Maybe you two and others if showup can swing by after ride and pit stop at our house for refreshments.

I'm in moving hell this weekend as Jamileh knows... but ring me today when you guys are done.

Keep me posted.
The timing could be right for a RR meet up with you guys.
Rich has a way of re-filling everyones personal Guzzi tank.

OK-Here's the last pre ride post. Leaving Burbank in a couple of minutes (app 9:30) for the Hill ST Cafe at thte foot of the Crest for breakfast, then as soon as we are done, up to Newcomb's. Hope to see a familiar face or two.

Had a lovely ride, not quite as cool as I thought it might be, lowest mid 50's at Cloudburst summit, 7000', with just a bit of snow at the roadside there. Went up to Newcomb's, than to the gate & back where wqe ran in to Arbi who was up there working with Montrose Search & Rescue as he does form time to time, his spare time job after JPL.

Then we went down Upper Big T, Angeles Forest to Angeles Crest to La Canada & home. Quite beautiful up there, some pleasant chit chat with a few folk up at Newcombs. No other Guzzisti. Jamileh came away amazed at these kind of roads this close to LA. Which is the point of it, after all.

Todd, where you moving to? Someplace with an even bigger garage?

Up in the hills off of "Mulholland Raceway" -- which is not on Mulholland. ;)
Yes, garage is MUCH bigger and far removed from any city folk headaches.

Thanks for the offers Rich & Todd, (& you too Don, for thinking maybe you could join us,) but by the time we came down off the hill Jamileh had to head back to her parent's place in Chatsworth where she is staying.

Right now she is thinking to go home via Ojai/rt 33 to avoid the big blow throw the pass, maybe leaving Chatswoth around 9AM Sunday which gets us in to Ojai about 10, maybe breakfast at Coffee Emporium then. I'm thinking I might go with her part of the way, at least part way up 33. If I am able to get in touch with her & firm it up, will post a new thread.
