I've been statically balancing wheels for ~30 years, even at a Pro racing level. Nothing is faster and more accurate. They do make a pricey adapter for a static balancer; nomartirechanger.com/bl-largecones.html
I would suggest find a better shop. I might put my 3D printer to work to make some (far less pricey) adapter cones to sell on the Store link above, if there's interest.
You, my friend, are a rarity. This isn’t anything MOST people have or have access to these days.Anyone with a lathe, calipers, and a chuck of large plastic or aluminum round stock can make the needed adapter for a static balancer. Basically just make a cup shape large enough for go over the lip on the CARC side of the wheel, dish out the inside just enough to catch the lip on the wheel with a hole in the center.

Thankfully I do, along with a 3D printer now.
OMG, I’m a weirdo.
