BB TONTI REGISTRY and pic thread

Well, shame on me ... never posted my EV's VIN and pic.

As for former, it's: ZGUKDBKDXWM113896

The latter is not the best photo of the EV, but it's my favorite pic of it. Taken at Fort Gillem, Georgia, with, obviously, its Mother Ship. :giggle:

Besides, the driver, Lindsey -- a sweetie, btw -- is way cuter than I am. ;)

Only had it a couple of months. So far added and extra disc brake to the front, changed the tailight and indicators for smaller ones. Found some late model triumph rear shocks for only $50 big improvement over the old Guzzi ones.
Never thought I would own a cruiser but really like it. Goes, handles and now stops really well.

Thanks for the post and info William! Welcome to the GT Forum and Guzzi Famiglia. You have a special one there... hope you got the lifters sorted with the latest cam update(?). Once that is done, you're in for long term enjoyment.
Post often!

Yes had all the mods done ex factory so nice, quiet and very smooth.

I have not put the luggage or the wind shield back on yet, I forgot what is was like to ride without a wind shield. I am going to ride it this way for a while. I like its looks and lines. :)

2009 Moto Guzzi California Vintage. ZGUKDU0049M112274

Purchased 8/30/2019

7,696 miles. (I am the 2nd owner.) From Engle Motors - Kansas City, MO.

Soon to be living in Findlay, Ohio next week when I pick her up.

I've owned two previous California Models (1997 1100i (died at 27 days old, hit by 10' aluminum ladder bounced out of truck - nearly taking me with her) and 1998 V11-EV).

I always missed my V11 and regretted selling her. Young men do dumb stuff. I did not fully appreciate the wonderful characteristics of the Moto Guzzi cruiser.

Now, 21 years later, I really love the gentle cadence and comfort of this bike as well as her elegant rugged simplicity of construction. Quite different from my 2012 Stelvio NTX and 1997 V10 Centauro.

I intend to begin mining some of your archives Todd, re: fueling
Your name has come up a couple times recently in convo with a shared friend, Chuck in Indiana.

- Any idea where Bub conti Replicas can be sourced these days?
- Got any pics of your ol' Jackal?
