I am looking if somebody have available the black ring that goes around the headlight used or new, this is the part info in the catalog:

Name: .LIGHT FRAME, BLACK
Brand: Moto Guzzi

Also I attached a photo of my bike without the part, my bike is a Moto Guzzi 1200 Sport 2008.

Availability: Backordered -- Expected to arrive at our warehouse in 6-8 weeks
SKU: 977750NA
$92.33 (USD)

It’s still a valid part number.

In my global sourcing options, this is being shown as Out of Production (OoP)/No Longer Available (NLA), so unless you find a dealer with New Old Stock, or one used, I fear you’re out of luck.
Scott, my friends in Austin’s online system is becoming increasingly inaccurate. A 6-8 week timeline means it’s not in the US warehouse, and must be ordered in from Italia. Problem is that they show it as OoP/NLA.

It's a rubber "gasket" he's looking for. This will be deleted soon if he doesn't check back in. Let's not waste more time on it.
is not the gasket, i need the black bezel around the headlight, that's why i attached a photo of my bike without it, did you see the photo?

i know it will be hard to get it new and already email a lot of part sellers, that's why i asked here, maybe somebody have parts from a dismantled bike or something.

i already asked a lot of sellers online all around the world, i don't need it new, i was hoping somebody here have the part from a dismantled bike or somethig.

Have you checked with Teo Lamers Motorrijwielen B.V. in the Netherlands?

Also Steve’s Cycle Salvage in Georgia?

They both have a large used dismantled parts business and I have purchased quality used Moto Guzzi parts from both places myself.

Ah, the piece Missing in the picture of the bike that covers the lip of the faring, not the headline ring !

That’s great except why don’t you SHARE the information as to where you got it from, part number, price, etc.

That way, somebody else can benefit from the information!

People, the whole idea here at GuzziTech is for it to be “La famiglia”. Take care of that family!

We are all Guzzisti here and that makes us tied to each other in a very unique way but it doesn’t work if all you do is come here to take away knowledge and don’t leave any for others.

of course i can share the info, you can contact Paolo, here is his email: info @compoos.it or send him a message in his facebook: facebook.com/paolo.costa.7169

He is in Italy but i had no issue to get the part from there.

I guess you aren’t understanding.

How and where did you find this item?

Was it just a guy who had one for sale in eBay or some other site that you stumbled upon, or was an item listed for retail sale someplace that any member could go look it up?

That’s the information you want to post.

After a lot of search i found him on facebook, he is doing those parts, here is the page with more parts in carbon fiber for the sport 1200: facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1163797023664666&type=3

I found it while searching.

It’s a business in Sicily that makes these and many other cool carbon fiber parts by hand.
