Hi

I m really interested in selling my racer and buy a 1970 v7 special. I really would like some input on these bikes. The one i saw is for sale in sicily while i live in malta. So i have to go there to try it. But thats the least thing. It has gears on the right side so one has to get used to it. But apart that i would really like how easy is to live with this bike. And what one should look for before buying. The bike i saw has 15000 kms from new but the paint is not original. Any input would be greatly appreciated

Btw i love my racer and if i have space and money i would buy it without selling the racer. Also another thing i am really considering is that like many countries a bike over 30 years has a very low yearly tax.

Thanks everyone and good day.

Things to consider:
The 1970 bike will have:
points & condensor ignition
antique brake system
old style starter
headlight will be dimmer
will not be as fast or nimble as your racer.

I love the old iron.

That is a fact!
I still have a '89 Mille GT & have seriously thought about selling off the other bikes.
