hi folks,
New to the forum and have been reading as many posts as I can, to help with my latest project. Would much appreciate any help or pointers on converting a mille gt into a cafe racer. I have had a few guzzi's in the past, spine frame only, so still finding my way around the tonti. Basically a relative has given me a mille for free, mostly in bits with bodywork and other parts missing, but plenty left over to give the old girl another life.
I am interested in tarozzi rearsets, would I be correct in thinking that rearsets for a le Mans 4 would fit directly to a mille frame or do I need a different set?
This mille came with akront 18" wire wheels and 300mm cast iron rotors, is there any brembo stainless that will fit these hubs?
The 35mm forks appear to have been linked with air adaptors, would like to remove these, any suggestions for upgrading the internals of these forks?
Any help or advice would be most appreciated, this great forum has already given me plenty of ideas.
Regards,
keith
