Canadian Grisos...

Here in Edmonton there are two Grisos on the road, mine included naturally. So i wonder... how many others are around in Canada??

Let's start start a count here?

Hi Toni, I'm in Toronto and own a 2007 red Griso. There is also a black model in the GTA.

Tom here in Waterloo, ON. Had one for a couple of years now. Black. Haven't seen another one anywhere on the road. Just returned from a 5K tour of the Maritimes.

There was a new Griso with a "sold" sticker on it at Gearheads in Ottawa back in May. It was probably an '08 or '09 model unless he had it specially ordered for him. Pity the poor buyer if he ever wants service. Hopefully he's comfortable with cruising the Internet and pulling a wrench so he can maintain his beast.

I must say, it was a pleasure seeing the Griso in the flesh. Pictures just do not the bike justice.

George here on Vancouver Island, 2007 Red Griso.
Maybe we could have a 'Grand Canadian Griso meet-up' at I dunno, Winthrop, Washington, U.S.A.?

Peter here in the deep south of Ontario. Red 07 bought new last year from a dealer thats gone now.
Came with the Griso fly screen and I've added the Griso tank bag. Carbon can removed.
Haven't seen another yet.

Hi Guys,
I am in Edmonton but only have a Stelvio, will you guys still talk with me?

Which dealer did you buy your Griso from?

I will Nels, since I am a Stelvio owner too! As long as you don't mind talking to an Ontarian, that is... :D

Hi Bruce
Bought my 07 Griso last Aug. at KW Vespa
Peter

Hey Peter, I hope you are enjoying your Griso. They are beautiful machines! I purchased my Stelvio at Inglis Cycle Center in London last November, when Inglis was still a Moto Guzzi dealer. I am still taking it there for service. Are you going to the Ontario Moto Guzzi Rally up in Lavigne at the end of this month?

Bruce

Hi again Bruce,,nope won't be making it. I work every second weekend and I'm in for that one. I've been doing my own service and so far so good, got the VDST from Todd and the rest is straight forward. This is my fourth Guzzi but the first "modern" one.

Fourth Guzzi? Wow, you are clearly one of the long-time faithful! Good on ya! Too bad you can't make it to Lavigne. Maybe we will get a chance to meet up at some future rally.

Cheers,

Bruce
