CANCELLED UK V85TT Meet & Moto Guzzi Day, NMM, Solihull. Saturday 8th August.

Hope you can make it and the surgery works out OK.

There were 4 x V85TT's, 1 x Breva 750 and 1 x Eldorado 1400 at the first UK meet on the 19th October. Not bad for just 9 days notice and the fact that it clashed with some major motorcycle events: https://www.guzzitech.com/forums/threads/uk-v85tt-meeting-nmm-solihull-saturday-19th-october.20081/

I don't cover all aspects of social media etc. so if anyone can help with publicity for this event on the 18th April 2020 it would be very much appreciated.

Will certainly try and be there. Need to give the old girl a good run out (and the bike) . :D:D
Especially now I have my new agostini mufflers fitted and Todd's fuelling kit.

We've managed to get Moto Guzzi involved with our V85TT Meet/Moto Guzzi Day at the National Motorcycle Museum. They've very kindly produced this official poster to help promote the event.

At this stage I’m not sure what their level of involvement will be, but when the details are confirmed I’ll post updates.

Event T-shirts are now available in six designs, in every V85TT colour, so owners can choose one to match their motorcycle. They will be produced in limited numbers.

The price is £15.00 GBP each collected at the event or £20.00 GBP each including post and packing via Royal Mail, worldwide.

Please order through our enthusiasts, non-commercial website: www.ukbuellgroup.co.uk/445079122

All profits will go to the Papworth Hospital Cystic Fibrosis Unit, Cambridge, England.

We’re pleased to confirm that 3D Moto of Kingswinford will support the event by their presence. They will have a display featuring a selection of new Moto Guzzi models and help to promote the brand.

Due to the current coronavirus pandemic this event has now been rescheduled for Saturday 8th August.

The National Motorcycle Museum website events calendar has been updated: nationalmotorcyclemuseum.co.uk/event-directory/

The artwork for the event T-shirt has also been updated and future orders will be fulfilled showing the new date of 8th August. See: ukbuellgroup.co.uk/445079122

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the change of date, but we felt it wise to act now rather than leave it nearer the original date of 18th April to see how things developed in the fight against coronavirus.

We will confirm in the near future if 3D Moto are able to attend on the 8th August.

Thanks for the update Chris. Hopefully things will settle down and the event goes ahead especially as the T shirt sales etc are going to support a good cause.

Thanks for the update Chris. I sincerely hope we all pull through this ok and l look forward to meeting up in August. The way things are being cancelled it may be the only event l can get to this year. I'm only on day 2 of isolation and the struggle to stop myself getting the bike out is intense!

The National Motorcycle Museum have requested that we cancel this event.

We await confirmation of the date for next year’s event. This will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Moto Guzzi.

Sad news Chris. Had a feeling this might happen after the new lockdown in the area. Another by-product of the BLM demos l imagine. I'll spread the word on Facebook for you.
