Looking for a source for new carburetor insulator for my 1975 850 T. Checked MG. Harpers no luck. Guzzi bits do have them but will not ship to U.S. Mine are brittle and the one still stuck in the carb will most likely brake when I attempt to take it out.

Square slide VHBT? Look to Herdan may have them, DelOrto importer long time. You may need a DelOrto part #
Looked it up in my old T paper parts book DelOrto #8434-0062 , it gives cross ref.

Why remove them? I never have when cleaning carbs.

When I needed some for a customer's G5 a few years back, they were unavailable everywhere, so I machined a pair out of Delrin tube.

I was concerned the insulators would leak air around them sitting all these years. I thought if I could purchase the insulators new I would replace them while the bike was apart.
