Coated my Headers

Looks great. Cost and turnaround time? I was thinking of doing the same and was looking at Jet Hot, I hadn't heard of this outfit. Thanks! Andy
 
Very cool, there's one about 30 minutes from me. I guess it's either going to be that or some of your SS headers Todd.
 
About $150.00 total - Headers, crossover, and crossover clamps. Took 2 weeks, but apparently they are swamped with work in the winter. The place is about 45 minutes away from me, so it was drop-off and pick-up. They even have a "chrome" color that looks damn near the real thing.
 
Is that the same as ceramic? Or some other process?

I've got the ceramic on my Bonneville and it looks good holds up well.

In the past I've had very good luck with rattle can paint on the headers. Easy to touch up and as it bakes on with time it becomes remarkably tuff, long as you sand down the headers it sticks on there pretty darn good.
 
Yes, it is a form of ceramic coating. Guarantee it will look and last better than a rattle can paint job.
