Yeah I Monkeyed around with the handle bars a bit, then the next ride i noticed cruise control didn't work.

Is there a easy fix, checked fuses?

Joe

I don't know about that. But check your brakes. I had an issue on my bike where the brake was slightly "on". I couldn't notice it, but the brake light was on, and the cruise control won't work when the brake is on.

Joe, no error messages on the dash, correct?

No errors. The cruise thinks the brake is being applied so it won't work. However, when you turn the cruise on by holding down the button for a few seconds, that part works. But it can't be activated because it thinks the brake is being applied.

Yes guys "no error "message.....press cruise button light comes on but no cruise control.

Wiza will check out the brakes, good observation on your part.

Will get back shortly..not sure today it's a 108 degrees out...into the pool for this old dog.

Hey Tod how are things bud?

Check your clutch switch. I had a similar problem and it ended up being the clutch switch. Dealer said all of the European bikes use micro switches and have replaced lots on Aprilia, Ducati, and Guzzi bikes.

Joe,

I'm with KDIRTRIDER. I destroyed the micro-switch on my clutch lever recently due to my own ignorance. I moved removed the clutch lever assembly and didn't notice that a switch was attached, until it broke off. :(

My bike DOES run with the broken switch, but it is apparent that the computer depends on knowing whether the clutch lever is pulled in, or not.

So, the moral of this story is maybe the micro switch on the BRAKE lever is not making or possibly the CLUTCH lever switch.

For your sake, I hope it is not one of those. They are not cheap.
