Just a shout out for Cory at Vespa of Sudbury.
I took my Breva 1100 to him for the first service - about a 4 hour drive from where I live. There was an issue with the oil filter, and he couldn't get the bike back on the road before the end of the day.
He sorted me out with transport home, fixed it and only charge me for parts, and even came in on a holiday Monday so I could pick the bike up.
I didn't buy the bike from Vespa of Sudbury, but the customer service I've received has been top notch.
