A friend is working on an article for a bike mag on the Guzzi Daytona. One thing he has not been able to find out is the MSRP for any of the production years. Anybody have that info tucked away in some dusty file? Email me direct SVP.

Thanks in advance,

Man Todd, I'm impressed.
Did you have that filed in your noggin? A picture a guzzi junkie drooling over the bike comes to mind. And the price tag would be vivid part of his memory.

I was going to suggest a sure fire way to find the info, probably where you can find the MSRP of any guzzi from the mid '70s on, but never mind.

If its any help as I recall and this from a failing memory, in the UK when the series I bikes came out they were around £10k about 94, after about 6-9 months guzzi dropped the price big time at least £1k off.

Best I can do, I bought a series I at the higher price and was a sick as sea going parrot as Guzzi continued to drop the price and up the spec.

So much for brand loyality

John

In '93 they were between 18 and 20 grand in the USA.
My friend bought one new and I have it now.
