I am relocating to western N. Carolina, between Asheville/Hendersonville and Greenville, S.C. Where do I go for sales/service on my 1200 Sport?

So you really are going?

As Dean said, Myers in Asheville is still one of the very best around for service. They were a dealer for ages, and have also been servicing Guzzis for a loooooong time.

There's also a new dealer in Hendersonville, but they're small and new, and the jury's still out on their operation.
I'm planning to stop by there tomorrow on my way to Greenville for the I'natl Cycle World show Saturday...

Union Cycle near Charlotte has some mighty good folks in Carl and Dorothy Merrell. I guess they are still in Indian Trail, just south of town. He also sells Enfields, another "oddity" in the motorcycle world. Maybe a little distance from Asheville, but not for a Guzzi owner as everything is relative ;)

Moto-Nexus in Hendersonville NC is the new dealer in town and now has acquired Steve the Guzzi expert from Myers. Would love to have all Western NC riders stop in and check them out. :)

I've heard good things about Moto-Nexus. Will drop by on my way to Brevard next time, where some of the best sushi I've ever had is made.

I am blessed with Riders Hill (relatively) nearby in Dahlonega, www.ridershill.com, but Justin and others at Moto-Nexus were very supportive when my Norge had a starting issue on the way to the Virginia rally in June. They had the right attitude, staff, know-how, and tools, etc., a hard combo to beat. I'd go there in a heartbeat.

Joe, I also prefer Hendersonville to Brevard as it's less effete, thus sushi is harder to find there. On the very bright side, tho, 'Merican (and Mexican) food is plentiful. :p

If they have Steve they have a winner! He's also a GUZZI rider.

Dean

Moto-Nexus now has a Black V7C on the floor for all who are drawn to the dark side :woohoo: B)

Guys, turns out Allan is moving to Colorado, not the Carolinas. Perhaps he'll chime in here again soon.
