Just got it firing!
So I just bought a 2016 V7 II Stone and absolutely love the bike. Two things I would like to do ASAP are putting on bar end mirrors and swapping out the handlebar for something lower profile. As I was looking at the stock handlebars I thought to myself, "You know, if I twisted those down they'd probably do the job." So...I did. That meant, of course, that the mirrors now pointed downward and needed to be rotated back and the throttle box and blinker/high beam box needed to be as well. Mirrors rotated back just fine but the two boxes are being held in place by a plastic pin recessed into a hole in the handlebars. So...my question is this: Is there any reason I shouldn't just drill a second hole that will allow me to roll those two boxes back and keep the stock bar on?
