Thank you for your help. Duc your dyno run with nearly 90HP was that with the stock cam or Sqish,Porting etc? I am trying to get a drf file from the bloke that did mine,he did a great job on the Dyno but I can see I will have to go and see him tomorrow.

Charlie, when we did these runs I had set the squish to .043 inch some very mild port clean up and a power commander 111.Everything else is the usual minstral exhaust open air box stepper shut off valve. This last winter started a new project,
Mike rich did his stage three port magic sunk the valves for clearnce installed new valve springs and I installed a Mega cycle 620x10 camshaft .Have been remapping the pc111 myself just to get the engine broke back in re-ringed while I had it apart.Todd is going to set up the pcv and auto tune for me hope to get it installed soon. This thing really feels strong, hoping for 100 at the rear wheel,if not it should be close, thing pulls like a bear so far only revving to 6500-7000 only have 600 miles on it.By the way we cut the bevel off the head total of around .030 inch helps the squish area.
HOPE YOUR ENPROVEMENTS WORK WELL FOR YOU.
    Mell/Duc

Thanks Mel. When this dyno run was done I had put new rings in and they were not fully bedded in, will get it on the dyno again after I make 2 into 1 Mk3 and muffler Mk4. I wish I had the bucks -far easier to buy these things. Anyhow when bike was Dynoed I had replaced the rings ,exhaust valves and guides and inlet valves , cleaned up around the valve seats,OEM air filter in a topless air box, homemade 2 into 1 and muffler PCV,and reflashed ECU. During the dyno run the O2 sensor was disabled and left that way. I am pleased with the way the bike goes.
