As i was riding down the road last week, the blue triangle warning light came on in the dash. When the reflection in the screen was dimmed by a cloud, I could see it was telling me that my right turn signal was out (bulb with a cross through it, with an arrow pointing right). Sure enough, while standing on the pegs I could see that it wasn't flashing. I then tried the left signal, which worked, and then the right - which began working again.

All was fine until this weekend. On a 200 mile ride, the same warning comes on, only for the left signal. Nothing I did made this one go away, or the signal work. When I got home, I pulled the bulb, which looks absolutely intact to me. I'll track down a replacement bulb just to make sure, but has anyone else had this happen? Any likely wiring /connector issues to check for?

Yes, I plan on getting the Euro replacement signals and mirrors, but was hoping to put that off for a winter project.

Mine did that a few times due to vibration in the mirrors. Replacing the bulbs fixed it for a while. The euro conversion cured it.

A bad , loose, or broken connection anywhere in the turn signal circuit can cause the error.

Yes. Ditto.
