I was disappointed that my v7 stone didn't have a fuel gauge and the light seems to come on early at about 13 litres. After some experimenting, I made a fuel gauge from an arduino for about $30. It taps into the fuel injector lead and adds up the amount of time the fuel injector is on over a long term. I then calibrated it based on how many seconds of fuel injector on time were used between fill ups. I have got it to be pretty accurate now - within a few percent. If anyone is interested I could send you details of how to make one, or I can make one for you.

Hey Danderson,

I know this post is 4 years old, but I would be interested in a how-to for what you did to make it happen!
