Canoga Park - A great place to live work and shop
OK, I have the new Norge (LOVE IT!!!) and the TomTom Rider 2 to go with it sitting on the floor of my home office. Moto Intl. had the mounting plate on order (hopefully it will show up soon) so it looks like I will be installing this gadget myself. So the question is - where exactly is the plug for the GPS and what do I have to do to get to it?
I am also having an issue with (we think) the immobilizer which will take my local dealer (either Long Beach or Thousand Oaks) to fix under warranty, or I would probably take it to MGC. Would it be easiest to have the dealer locate and make available the plug when they do the immobilizer thing or are they in completely different areas?

The plug for the Tom Tom Rider is generally cable tied to the frame in the 'v' just behind the steering stem, under the tank in the space just behind the VIN plate. The ony way to get at it (unless you have really, really thin fingers) is to remove the tank.
