Hi Folks. While on my way to work one morning, my Griso just died on me. the engine turns over. I have sparks at the plugs. When I turn the ignition key I can hear the relays clicking and the fuel pump whirring. I have had the relays off the bike and checked for continuity when the contacts are closed. Seems okay.
Pulling my hair out. Does anybody have any ideas. Thanks guys.

Welcome!

I understand you are frustrated and need help but you need to take a breath and understand how things are setup here.

First, read completely the three rotating screens at the top of the page above the three large dots.

Understand what they say as it will help you.

Now, did you do anything here to help yourself?

Did you SEARCH and read?

SEARCH. “Griso won’t start”

Also, perhaps it has the hybrid fuel filter in the fuel tank that may have ruptured?

Open the fuel bung, turn on the engine run switch and watch the gas whirl around the tank. If it does that, you’ve ruptured the hose, or the filter, or both.

Literally, EVERYTHING you can think that could go wrong with your motorcycle, is right here for the reading. It’s all indexed and catalogued and waiting to be read.

FWIW: In an otherwise mechanically competent engine, there are only two things that prevent running, fuel or spark.

Put forth some effort and read. Please.

Post bc questions if you don’t understand after you read.

the pump should stop once the correct pressure is reached, has the fuel filter or one of the fuel hose split, pull an injector off and see if it sprays fuel when turning the engine over. And is there enough fuel in the tank

Thanks for the" heads up" fella. Fuel does whirl around the tank for a few seconds after switching on.

Thanks for that Kevin. I'll take the pump assembly out and see what the damage is.(sods law, I filled the tank up the day before)

Please…

SEARCH & READ about the red elbow and/or quick fuel disconnect and how to properly remove it WITHOUT breaking it, which is VERY EASY to do.

If you have question after reading, please ask BEFORE you attempt removing the fuel connector.

You are most welcome. The fuel line in the photo does not look like submersible fuel line.

This would have contributed to its failure.

You need to be sure to use FULLY SUBMERSIBLE fuel hose, like Gates.

Normal fuel line is resistant to gas only inside of the hose as opposed to being resistant to gas on the outside of the hose as well.

It is expensive fuel line (~ $25 / ft) but only it will do for this purpose.

So happy you found your issue. 👌👍😀
