The clear hose may be the drain hose from the airbox or the overflow from the tank filler area. The black hose looks like part of the evap system that may have been removed but not everything cleaned up.

I'm with John. If you look inside the "cut-out" in the black plastic just above the clear hose in the picture, you may find a barb protruding from the air box. This is a drain for the main part of the air box, probably for water. Trace it to the other end to confirm. Should end below the swing arm and may have a plastic plug in the end for draining fluid build -up in the hose, as part of regular maintenance, thus clear so you can see what's inside. These bikes are set up to let nothing escape to the atmosphere. Oil mist ends up in the forward part of the air-box to get sucked in to the throttle bodies. I would also guess the black hose with the barb was once connected to the evap canister or intake balance tube. Checking where they end up is a good indication of what they do (did),

Bike rides without issue. Had a look at similar motorcycles on YT and clear hose looks like it connects into air with short cut out as you have suggested. I have reconnected this. Will check black cable and barb end.

thank you both.
