Has anyone used the Guzzi stand for their Griso?
I think the daeler mounted the bobins on the wrong bolts. It takes 2 guys to lift the Griso.
There are 2 bolts you could use, mine are are the front ones but I think they should be on the ones that are more rearward bolts. Wsa going to thy them but was just wondering if anyone has a picture of them mounted on their bike?

Here you go.

If you've got the long bolts fixing the bobbins as shown you should be able to do this solo.
Hook the stand into the bobbins both sides.
Carefully lift the bike upright, making sure the hooks are still located on the bobbins, so that both the stand's wheels are on the ground.
Push on the stand with your right foot, this is easy with such a long lever, it should simply pull up onto the stand.
To get it off is more scary, but in practice easy.
Put the side stand down.
Pull the left bar towards you and hold onto the grip.
With your right hand pull up on the stand's lever, this feels unsafe at first, but with the large lever it is easy to control the bike down onto the ground. Haven't worked out how to get the prop under the sump without using a jack first.
Hope that helps

Sounds good but I'd stand on the right hand side of the bike. That way if things go wrong the side stand will stop the bike from falling away from you, and it's easier to reach the front brake lever. I use a siimilar system with my Buell.

Did Guzzi recycle the V11 Sport stand (with bobbins added) or is this one dimensionally different?

Hello;

Guzzi has a paddock stand in the accessories catelogue. Have your dealer order one.
