Griso Top Racks...

I have been researching Top Racks for my Griso.

I like the look of the Stucchi, with the Hepco Becker coming in second. I know that MG has one as well as Ventura Systems. Are there others to consider?

I have just ordered the SteelHorse Tidy Tail so my choice needs to integrate with that, but I don't foresee any issues. I'll be using soft bags so I am not really interested in full-on racks. I need a place to strap a tent and bag (OK, maybe a 12pack...).

Thanks,
Ed

When I first went touring on my Griso I bought the factory soft bags & rear rack.

I didn't ever fit the rear rack 'coz I didn't want to spoil the bikes looks without the luggage on (the bag frames are easy to remove, the rack is bolted on more permanently although they do provide rubber bungs to fill the holes if you do take it off).

The good news is that the tops of the soft bags are level with the back of the seat so if you're riding solo it's easy to strap a bed roll, tent etc right across the top of them.
