OEM stock vs. GT modded (ECU/PC-V/AT/CNC airbox lid/BMC filter & GT-R SS muffler). The full (100%) throttle run below shows a near ~20 hp/~25 ft.lb. gain @3800 RPM.

The first run is of a completely stock 1200 Sport, the second is after all of the work listed above. I keep trying to state of just how restricted (IMO running critically lean) and strangled (intake & exhaust) the new Guzzis are. Many will debate this, but the proof lies above of what the potential is.

How come the stock numbers are so very different? I thought there isn't so much difference between the Norge and the 1200Sport, next question could be: what was wrong with the 1200Sport. . .

Tough to say as the baseline run was within a few weeks of the GT modified run... and the only thing that was done was the mods above.

The most gain you got is right where the rpm is for cruising.

    I got 80.55 and 69.23!

GT ECU/PC-V/AT/CNC airbox lid, K&N filter, Mistral muffler. I think with the suppressor in, I could have gotten that one more FT-Lb of torque.

The pre-tune (red) is with the GT hardware and default GT ECU map.
