Re: GT-R Meg on 1200 Sport

How about a sound clip ? I understand the limited dynamic range of both the microphone and computer speakers...But come on - not like I am going to be comparing acoustical fingerprints of different pipes...Just gimme something

Re: GT-R Meg on 1200 Sport

Found this from one of our buyers, sound would be very similar...

Re: GT-R Meg on 1200 Sport

Sounds really great but I was wondering why the 1200 Sport riders can't have a right side pipe like the Griso guys :(

Happy to make a right side for a 1200S. Never had an inquiry.
Check your email.

Ordered one of these from Todd today - can't wait to get my hands on it and put it on the bike.

GT-Rx exhaust came today - had to fit it and listen to it. Photos and sound clips coming. Good job, thanks Todd.

Excellent, my pleasure and thanks to you Tony.

No Pictures or sounds bytes as yet, but - I have been experimenting with different maps and the contents therein. Currently I am running a near standard map that has allowed the popping on the overrun to be closer to a burble. Happy with the pipe just need to get the map sorted...

Stay tuned

Map update!

No more popping or backfiring on the overrun - just the "normal" RCM music.

Thanks Todd, this is an awesome sounding exhaust and now much better without the popping on overrun. Incidentally, what rpm range has it been designed for? Just interested, that's all.

Bike also runs much better with a free breathing airbox (self done on standard air filter) with no snorkel. Highly recommend this exhaust to others with a 2V BNS
;)
