    That's a beautiful red powder coated finish, am I right in thinking that the seat height is similar to that of a Griso basing it on subframe to cylinder head size.

    No. My lower-CG frame puts the motor ~1" + closer to the ground.
    The seat height on most of my builds is ~29.5" and the seat width is ~7" (cantilevered seat is ~28" and even narrower), compared to the Griso's 31.4" height and ~12" width.
