Don't post much here, but I've used it as a resource for the last 5 years. Just installed the 2-1 and ECU flash. HOLY. CRAP. What a difference. So excited to go for a long ride this weekend. 2015 V7 Special.

I have the 2:1 and absolutely love it. I think the 2:2 looks a little more cafe classic, but I ended up going with 2:1 because I thought it sounded slightly better than the 2:2 - both sounded dreamy as hell, just the 2:1 was a little louder (in my perception), but that might not be true in reality since I couldn't get bikes together side by side. It's definitely a hard choice though because it's a win-win really on either situation. Now that I have the 820cc kit I'm glad I went with the 2:1 even more.

Oh I want a 820cc kit so bad! I keep thinking about it. There's so much I still want to do to this bike. 820 kit, the exhaust upgrade I've been discussing here, suspension upgrade, the bigger brake caliper upgrade... At some point I started thinking, why don't I just get a bigger bike? Well why not both?

The 820 kit makes the bike really enjoyable power wise, but it does need suspension and brakes too IMSO.
As to another bike, this is now available; https://www.guzzitech.com/forums/threads/gtm-monster-builds.17683/page-18#post-170645 ;)

I've gone down that train of thought as well hahahaha. I believe that (especially with how I ride) it's much more fun to fly through the gears of a lower power bike like the V7 than a 100HP machine. My dad initially taught me on his SV1000 and it was 1) not a great learning experience and 2) not an enjoyable street experience. That said, Todd's builds are DEFINITELY making me question my opinion.... Plus a slightly larger bike would be good for longer road trips with my partner lol. It's also nice to be able to say that I modified my bike, even if it's just a bunch of bolt-on parts.
