This thread chronicles our excessive mods to a V7 III Racer ro show what can be done to build the ultimate small block. Starting with our GTM 820cc big-bore kit, then adding our 2>1 GTM GP Meg Exhaust, GT Ohlins Fork Kit (including CNC triples and clip-on bars), Brembo RCS, Monoblock & T-Drive stopping the Kineo 17" tubeless rims riding on radial sport rubber. LED headlight, Rizoma aluminum front fender, GTM v2.0 Tail Elim Kit with Rizoma Running/Stop/Turns (not shown below), and MG RFID keyless ignition to name the highlights. Dyno chart below.

Dyno chart for the OEM V7 III 750 vs. GTM V7 III 820 below. 20%+ gain in power and torque, so yes, you sure can feel it. I have some tuning left to do on the 820, so I might see a little more, but I'm very happy with the result. Both bikes were super low miles, same dyno, similar air temp and humidity. I have three sets of pistons in stock, and can offer installation at my shop GTMotocycles in Orange, CA. Enjoy.

A good friend of mine rented this beauty on Saturday (9/30) and it is truly an impressive machine. Every detail is well done, and I would highly recommend the ride to anyone thinking about it. Truly a 1-of-a-kind creation, and kudos to you Todd

Thanks, it's a beauty in every aspect including the power, suspension and brakes.
Final change is a GTM rear fender eliminator that is now on the online Store here; https://gtmotocycles.com/products/gt-motocycles-v7-fender-eliminator-kit

Lovely! Probably a bit more than I want to spend on, but such is fantasy. The front suspension in particular ... :)

I’m curious about the RFID ignition lock too. I looked it up on the Store, really cool idea. I presume the fork lock has to stay with the mechanical tumbler.

My 820-R is now for sale. It has ~1250 miles on it.

It has been put back to stock (outside of the 820 kit & GTM 2>1 exhaust will remain - as it's too good to undo). I have well over $20k in it, as it sits. Serious offers only. Low $ offers will not include most of the upgrades. I will simply keep the parts to move onto another bike.

Post below or better yet to email me direct if interested; Todd at GuzziTech.com
