Has the RB EVO been discontinued?
We have officially stopped selling it due to the hoops and difficulty in relaying our work to our customers. We recently had to refund $200 to a customer that disputed “the map” we sent. We don’t charge for maps, so we lost significant money. We’ve had others that took months or longer to help our customers get their maps sorted. Something that the PC allows in minutes via email. So, we’ve pulled it from our site. We will not offer or sell maps, do not ask.
From here on out, we will only be offering the UpMap with the (optional) PC6/AT add on.

Thanks for the prompt reply Todd.

I have an E4 V85TT. UpMap will work for me just as well I imagine.

(Edit: Asked if UpMap works on E4 before searching)

I have ordered and received the same Rapid Bike Evo, E5 version for year 2021. Unfortunately INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS enclosed are for older version E4 (2019 - 2020) and not matching 100 % with my bike. Instructions are more or less straight forward except the last part regarding ''Feeding voltage selection'' page 8/12. It is not clear from where the voltage is coming to supply RB Evo module. Connector (Aux) on the Rapid Bike module harness and the Stock connector are both male type. Could you explain please if you face the same issue and how you resolved it. Could be possible to send me INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS for E5 model if you have it ?
Thanks in advance,
Dario

Since you purchased from us here, email us via the CONTACT tab above.

I know that Rapid Bike EVO Fuel kit is a touchy subject and I am not trying to raise the hackles of anyone I just want some direction. I have a 2020 V85TT and when purchased it came with the Rapid Bike Fuel Kit installed. The owner that I purchased the bike from purchased the RB EVO Fuel Kit from GT, so this is my first stop for direction on whom to contact with questions about this product.

I wasn't sure if the forum or email was the appropriate starting point but I have read comments from Todd that he is inundated with email.

Please let me know the best way to proceed to get my questions answered. Thanks.
