Update , update !!
Today I was phoned by a person representing the NZ police to say ,,,,,,wait for it ,,,,,,in a few days someone from the police will be contacting me .
If that sounds stupid to you , then thats ok . It is stupid .
Talk about dumb and dumber , Watch this space

A month to respond, hmm, not bad as not "slipped through the cracks you know".
I am very curious of how this will develop given that for my local standards this is pure imagination
 
Ok. This morning a Police Sergeant came knocking .He is the Boss of the Officer ACH674 ,which I had made an official complaint about . Together at the Police Station they had already discussed the content of my official complaint .
We had a good discussion , expressing each others' points of view .
From the Cop's point of view ;
The cop saw what I was doing , speeding , as dangerous .
The cop had earlier recorded my speed at 128kms/hr.
The cop said I failed to stop when requested to by a police officer who had been trying to get me to stop for 3 kilometers , with lights flashing and siren sounding .
The cop dissagrees with my account of what he said to me at the time of the stop.
The police didnt recognise any part of their action as being dangerous , that it was just "my preception " of it .

From My point of view ;
The cop drove dangerously risking my life .

In Summary , The police will view any incident as a developing situation , and will take any necessary steps to prevent offenders escaping.
End of story.
What has now become very appearant to me is this ; Expect the unexpected , and record everything said with the police .

I've received a letter from the police , summarising the interview held here , at my home .
It thanks me for my time , and acknowleges my complaint of "offensive language used by the officer ". WTF?????
I dont recal any "offensive language" , by him , or complaint about "offensive language" by me .
Here's what I now think has happened : Sure there was a case for Dangerous driving by the police' ACH 674 .
Rather than acknowlege that fact , and have it recorded in their filing system , in the officer's ACH674's file , this entire issue has been watered down, so there is no impact whatsoever for him driving dangerously .
It's not even held on file anywhere . No one has learned a damned thing from any of this . This disgusts me !!!!!!!
So , what has this done to my positive attitude towards the police ? It has completely eroded it . I am very disillusioned about the covering up that has taken place by ACH 674's seargant .
