• Ciao Guest - You’ve landed at the ultimate Guzzi site. NEW FORUM REGISTRATIONS REQUIRE EMAIL ACTIVATION - CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER - Use the CONTACT above if you need help. New to the forum? For all new members, we require ONE post in the Introductions section at the bottom, in order to post in most of the other sections. ALWAYS TRY A SEARCH BEFORE STARTING A NEW TOPIC - Most questions you may have, have likely been already answered. DON'T BE A DRIVE-BY POSTER: As a common courtesy, check back in and reply within 24 hours, or your post will be deleted. Note there's decades of heavily experienced Guzzi professionals on this site, all whom happily give endless amounts of their VALUABLE time for free; BE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL!

Hi everyone from Italy, I've been a Guzzista for 15 years and still for many more to come with a brand new Eldorado, probably the last one for sale. Before I rode a Griso 1100 and an 8V, and since December this fantastic California.
Please bear with me if I write some nonsense, my English is a bit rusty, and tolerate me if I ask "some" questions. I live a few km from Mandello, and I visit the famous red gate often.
I'm writing here, because considering the small amount of 1400 sold, we need to team up all over the world!!!

Andrea

Ciao Andrea! Your english is much better than my Italian! All good, and welcome to the GT Forum & Famiglia! Thanks for posting the photos!
Are you North or South of Mandello?
Yes we should band together, and I think you will find a lot of good information here.
I would love to get your VIN# and related for the first post of this thread. Look forward to your next reply!

Benvenuto guzzisto. Spero che veniate qui frequentemente.

Sono italiano come te. Tra qualche anno andrò in pensione e mi trasferirò a Mandello del Lario.

Mi manca tanto l'Italia.

Ciao!

Welcome, you should have got a blue one. It looks like you wrap the body for color. Can't tell if it's painted.
Surely yours was a joke :D, the only thing I wrap is parmesan cheese before putting it back in the fridge....;)
The 1100 was the first white Griso IN THE WORLD, I'm not afraid to be proven wrong.
For the 8V I was actually undecided, so I wanted to fix my indecision
Nah , the black ones are without a doubt the best lookers , I know I have one :D . Peter
In the middle of the flock of black sheep the white goat stood out like a beacon in the darkest night

I live just outside Monza, so south of Mandello, but in 1/2 hour I'm on the Lake.
As soon as I take a nice picture of the bike (with all the crap I gave her mounted on it) I'll post everything to fill out the registry!!!

Ciao!
I'll be waiting for you to go and drink a good beer together and tell us about our Guzzi adventures 🍻

Congratulations, she's a beauty.
Thanks

Excellent! I have many friends there in Monza, and I've been around the track many times (in a BMW auto though). Glad to have you here, and look forward to your photos in the Registry thread! Ciao e grazie.
