Just wondering if any reported or known issues with the fuel hose coming off in the Stelvio fuel tank as has been an issue with some other recent models.

Talk about a timely post.

Yes, left me stranded on the Interstate last week. Hose was swollen and popped off. Dealer replaced it with "ethanol happy" hose.

Bike had 3300 miles.

I didn't eyeball it myself, but the service rep said it did at least have an all-metal fuel filter.

This is an internal fuel line ????

I was standing next to the mechanic that replaced my fuel guage sensor/float and I did not see any fuel line inside the tank of the Stelvio. The fuel pump / fuel sending unit and filter are all one assembly. Update...I didn't see the fuel line because it was clear in color, I am used to seeing black fuel line.

There should be a short hose between the pump and filter, and another between the filter and regulator. All mounted to a single plate.

Looks like there might be a hose there...

Two actually, one short one from pump to filter and one long one from filter to outlet. Same as the Norge and Breva.

Is this an issue for all Stelvios? Or just certain years? Or just US/EUR? Or ?
