Lemans 1 fork oil

    Hi all,

    I am going to change out my fork springs on my 77 Lemans I...How much oil is supposed to go back in?

    If the MK I has 35mm forks and has damper units then it would be the same as my MK III.

    The ATF (Dexron III)is only for lubrication. Originally 60ml per leg was recommended but that was later increased to 90ml per leg.

    LMI is not the same as LMIII. STOCK LMI forks take 120cc of fork oil each leg. We use ATF or 5w fork oil.
