The "Diamond" (note MPC Big Bore Motor) -- click below for more info and photos at AnimaGuzzista.com:

Looks like the prototype BMW splashed all over the recent magazine pages.....

...I guess my age is showing...like the BMW, it reminds me of a copy machine without the cabinet...or a printing press.....

I can see the newest accessory will be "Thigh Bags" to carry your toothbrush, and two extra thongs.....don't know where else you'd put 'em.

Very interesting, building these minimal "bobber" machines has been a trend for several years. I have a friend who built one from an SV and looks very similar. The fact that major companies are looking at it (like BMW) tells me this is an upcoming trend. I don't think its intended to travel on just to blast around the twisties, but hey throw a tank bag on there and go for some day trips! I rather like it!

I'm going to have a helluva time fitting that swing arm and wheel to my old Tonti frame.

Looks kind of like a bobbed Griso. Personally, I like it. A guzzi for young people.

Not my taste either but - but Guzzi needs to appeal to the younger demo - and this might be the direction.
My first Guzzi was the Griso 8v - and its combo on modern and the trad styling is what sealed the deal-for me. Without modern styling MG will have a hard time expanding sales. N.B. I (on behalf of my wife) also bought a v7c, so the appeal of retro is not lost in me.
