Hi Folks. New to this forum, new to Moto Guzzi. Just purchased myself a 2016 Audace. Love it. Ordered and installed the MG-MP (Moto Guzzi Multi-Media Platform). I downloaded the app to my phone - Samsung S7.

If I attempt to play with the app without any attempt to connect to my bike, after seeing the 'gauges' for a spilt second the app gets wiped off my screen with a white screen, freezes my phone, then exits the application.

If I attempt to connect to my bike I see the gauges for a spilt second then the app reverts to a 'Find/Spot My Bike/Parking Location' kind of module within the app, freezes my phone then exists.

I am looking for some specific help from anyone that has gone through these challenges and can provide some insight.

Does anyone have this app running correctly on an Android device, specifically a Samsung S7? Have you gone through similar challenges and have rectified them? If so, how?

I'm also out of luck with this device
I can't even connect to it,the dealers fitter has connected it to his i phone
only by deleting all the prervious other devices connected to BT so it only has the BT_router showing(Guzzi device)
But I have had no such luck doing the same on my Huiawei 8 or spare Samsung 3
think I have had it with it and want my money back
Sorry I cant help but you could try deleting all other BT device to see if that helps you out
